We’ve established several channels for communication, so that we can easily talk to all of our customers in the way that they prefer.

Here’s the list of options we offer if you want to reach out to us for any reason:

1. NU-trak Uniform Program Tracking App

Customers who choose us for their uniform rental program have access to our web-based application, NU-trak. This app gives uniform wearers instant access to direct communication with a Northern representative. 

Through this app, you can submit your own repair or replacement requests, size change requests, see upcoming deliveries, and much more. By downloading this app, there’s extra stress taken off you for uniform maintenance.

2. Use Our Online Messaging Form

Our website has a quick, 30-second form where you can send us a message and let us know what you need help with. No automated responses, no robots—just effective and quick communication with a real person.

Through this form, we can help with matters including customer support requests, general questions or comments, or even new service inquiries.

Our customer service experts regularly check these messages Monday through Friday, from open to close. Rest assured that we appreciate the opportunity to talk to our customers one-on-one, and we’ll work hard to get you the help you need as soon as possible.

3. Email Us

Another easy way to reach us is through our email. Send a message directly to image@northernuniform.com to ensure a timely response from one of our customer service representatives.

From there, everything is either handled directly, or quickly forwarded to whomever is necessary to get the job done. This email is good for any and all questions or concerns!

4. Call Us

We get it; all this online chatting and app navigation isn’t for everyone. If you’re not the most tech-savvy person, don’t worry—we’d love to chat with you on the phone. 

We understand the desire to speak with a real human. That’s why we’re available to take customer calls throughout our normal business hours, and perhaps even after.  And if you have to leave a message, you can be confident that someone is working on your inquiry within one business day.

5. Coming Soon to Northern Uniform: Dedicated Customer Support Advisors (CSAs)

The foundation of our success is forming strong relationships with customers like you. To ensure that we continue providing you with the best possible service, we’re enhancing our service department to have more direct, person-to-person communication with our customers. 

Our newly formed “Keeping Promises Team” ensures that each customer has not only an assigned Service Specialist, Service Trainer, and Service Supervisor, but soon, a dedicated Customer Support Advisor (CSA) as well. 

These assigned CSAs…

  • Will be your key point of contact regarding your account with us
  • Provide you updates on deliveries, billing, and more
  • Answer any questions about your invoice
